Questions, answered
Is WebWeb AI really free?
Yes. Creating your business page, posting Asks and chatting with members is free. The Owner verified badge is a premium feature.
Who can see my phone number?
Nobody by default. Your number is masked on your page, and you choose when to share a contact with someone in a chat or a response.
How are Asks matched to people?
By category and by location. Members near you and relevant to the category see your Ask, and distance is shown on each one.
What do the verification badges mean?
A green circle means the mobile number is verified. A blue seal means documents (GST) are verified. A gold seal is Owner verified, a premium status that also needs a record of positive ratings.
Do I need an app?
No download is needed. WebWeb AI works in your phone's browser and on a computer, and adapts to the screen size.
Which cities are supported?
We are starting with Navi Mumbai: Vashi, Turbhe, Nerul, Rabale and nearby areas, and expanding from there.
